• All Custom Rods require a 50% non-refundable deposit, balance is due upon delivery.
• Special orders are prepaid and cannot be cancelled or returned.
• All returns are suject to a 20% handling charge.
• All return merchandise must be in saleable condition and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• No returns accepted ater 30 days!
• Damaged shipments must be reported to Wickford Rodworks and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
• Keep all shipping materials until damage claim process is complete
